Delete your FolioVault Music data

On your phone

In the app, open Settings and choose Sign out, then choose to delete downloads. Uninstalling the app also removes everything it stored on the phone.

On our servers

Email support@preciousstone.info from the email address of the Google or Apple account you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my FolioVault Music data". Within 30 days we delete:

• your playlists,
• your sign-in records for every phone (all phones are signed out),
• the link between your Apple account and your Google account, if you made one.

Your music library itself is part of your foliovault.org account and is not deleted by this request; ask in the same email if you also want your foliovault.org account and its music deleted. Records we must keep by law, if any, are kept only as long as required.
