Acceptance of terms

By using the FolioVault Music app you agree to these terms and to the FolioVault Music Privacy Policy. The foliovault.org Terms of Service also apply to the music you add there.

Personal and household use

The app is for listening to your own music and your household's music. It doesn't sell or stream music from any catalog. You may only add music you have the right to keep and play, and only share it with your household as far as the store you bought it from or its creator allows.

Your account

You sign in with your own Google or Apple account and are responsible for the phones you sign in on. Sign out of a phone you no longer use.

Availability

Downloaded music plays without a network. Streaming, syncing and signing in need the FolioVault service, which may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or stop the app; if we do, music already downloaded keeps playing until you remove it.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of music that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall FolioVault be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

We will update this page if these terms change and show the date at the top.
